- Miguelitos Instant Pandesal Premix or pan de sal (filipino and spanish for "salt bread") is a common bread roll in the philippines.

- Made with only the finest ingredients, this salted bread mix is perfect for a quick and easy breakfast or snack.
STORAGE CONDITION:
Store in a cool dry place (15°C-30°C) away from direct sunlight, high temperature, moisture, foreign odor and other contaminants.
PROCEDURE:
* In a large mixing bowl, place the Miguelitos Instant Pandesal Mix, then add ¾ cup of water and 2 tablespoon of margarine.
- Mix well until a dough is formed. Use your clean hands to effectively mix the ingredients.
- In a flat surface, knead the dough until the texture becomes fine. For faster and easier kneading, you may use a Stand Mixer with dough hook.
- Mold the dough until the shape becomes round. Divide it into 2 equal parts using a dough slicer and roll each part until it forms a cylindrical shape.
- Slice the cylindrical dough diagonally (these slices will be the individual pieces of the Pandesal).
- Roll the sliced dough over the powdered breadcrumbs and place in a greased baking tray. Make sure to provide gaps between dough as this will rise later on.
- Set aside the sliced dough and let the dough rise for at least 2 hours or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius and bake the raised dough for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and remove the freshly baked Pandesal.
- Cool down for 30 minutes and serve. Share and enjoy!
