Miguelitos Instant Pichi-Pichi Mix 500g

• Is a one of the well-known Filipino desserts and is made of coconut and grated cassava.
• It is considered as one of many variants of the famous “puto” of the Filipino people.

STORAGE CONDITION :

Store in a cool dry place (15°C-30°C) away from direct sunlight, high temperature, moisture, foreign odor and other contaminants.

PROCEDURE :

 Prepare the steamer and bring water to boil.

 Line and grease cup molder.

 Dissolve 1 pack of Miguelitos Instant Pichi-Pichi Premix in 2 ½ cups of water and mix thoroughly until fully dissolved.

 Pour in individual cup molders and place in a steamer.

 Steam the mixture for 35 - 40 minutesor until color turns translucent.

 Allow the steamed Pichi-Pichi to cool down for at least 30- 40minutes, then cool for 30 minutes before removing from the molder.

 Roll each piece over grated coconut or cheese.

 Place in a serving plate then serve.
