Miguelitos Instant Pandan Puto Premix 500g

• Is a rounded steamed rice cakes which is a very popular Filipino snack.
• It is made of rice flour mixed with coconut milk, and sugar. It is very easy to make because it is only cooked through a steaming method.
•  You may also top it with cheese to make it more delicious.

STORAGE CONDITION :

Store in a cool dry place (15°C-30°C) away from direct sunlight, high temperature, moisture, foreign odor and other contaminants.

PROCEDURE :

• For every pack of Miguelitos Instant Puto Premix, prepare: ½ cup and 2 tablespoons of Vegetable oil, 1 cup and 4 tablespoons of white sugar, and 2 ½ cups of water.

• Mix all dry and wet ingredients, until mixture becomes smooth.

• Line and grease molders in steamer.

• Pour mixture into molders and add desired toppings.

• Steam in boiling water for 10-25 minutes (depending on molder size).

• Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the molder.

• Serve and enjoy.
